Strategic counsel for institutions, corporations, and individuals — with a practice spanning constitutional courts, commercial tribunals, and regulatory forums across Rajasthan, Delhi, and India.
"Crown & Castle" draws from chess — the castling move, where the rook shields the king. Every client is our king.
We believe effective legal representation demands far more than statutory knowledge. It demands foresight, disciplined preparation, and the capacity to anticipate risk before it materialises.
Our mandate is not reactive litigation. It is a structured, proactive approach built from the first instruction and oriented toward the client's long-term position — whether the matter is a regulatory crisis, a corporate dispute, or an international transaction.
Crown & Castle Legal is a litigation and advisory practice founded by Gaurav Gidwani and Bhuwaneshwar Singh Sisodia. Headquartered in Rajasthan with chambers at the Jaipur and Jodhpur benches of the Rajasthan High Court, the firm maintains an established presence in New Delhi for mandates of national scope. The firm appears before constitutional courts, high courts, and the principal national tribunals — a practice defined not by presence in a single forum, but by command across the hierarchy that governs commercial and regulatory life in India. It acts for listed companies, multinationals, foreign-invested enterprises, financial institutions, government bodies, promoter groups, and high-net-worth individuals — clients for whom the outcome matters as much as the argument. Practice depth spans commercial and regulatory law, real estate, insolvency, corporate advisory, and cross-border strategy. NRI advisory and international mandates form a growing part of the national practice.
